• 1 tsp of organic turmeric powder

Preparation

In a mixing dish, combine the honey and turmeric and wrap it in foil. It should be kept at room temperature. Stir it thoroughly before using it.

Extra tip: You may add it to coconut milk, tea, or gargle with it if you want to spice things up.
