Homemade Turmeric Face Mask for Glowing Skin – Get Rid of Acne, Wrinkles & Dark Spots

Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for treating serious health issues for many years. Most of its healing properties are obtained from its high concentration of curcumin, a potent antioxidant. Turmeric offers numerous health benefits. • A teaspoon of turmeric 
• Milk

• Add milk to get a creamy mixture.

When you apply the mask to your face, make sure you do not apply it to the eye area, eyebrows, and hairline. Let the mask stay for 20 minutes. Then, wash it off with lukewarm water and dry your face with a towel.  

When you wash your face, it may have a yellow-orange tint. To remove the discoloration, make sure you rinse your face twice with a cleanser. Finally, apply some face lotion to your skin. Use this face mask once or twice per week.
