My experience

When I was in a relationship with a man, he left me feeling powerless. He treated me as if I was beneath him and had no regard for my feelings or emotions. I often found myself questioning my sanity and doubting my own judgment when I was around him. He used his words to tear down my sense of self-worth and confidence until there was nothing left.
