1. Get rid of paint stains from carpets with a razor blade

1. Use a paper towel to remove fresh paint as much as you can. Blot the paint up until the wet paint is removed.  
2. Soak a clean rag into warm water and try to clean the stain without pushing it outward.  
3. With a razor blade or putty knife, try to scrape away the stain gently.
