Transfer the mixture in a cup, then cover half of the cup with boiling water. Use the brush to paint this mixture on the window pane. This is the glue that will hold it all.

Now, start by carefully applying the lace on the window. Lay the fabric on the area painted with glue, When you’re satisfied, paint another layer over the lace.
