• 1 tablespoon raw honey
• 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
• A cup of hot water

Directions

Pour a cup of hot (not boiling) water, then add the honey before the cinnamon. Stir well until the honey dissolves and the ingredients mix. Drink this mix while warm once or twice a day when you have a cold. It’ll soothe your throat and help relieve the symptoms while boosting your immune system.
